We discuss the only game that might be better than Rocket League, Dishonored 2.

The Cubes Are World Serious

Not only is Matt one of the few diehard strategy RPG fans left, he's also among the last of the diehard baseball fans. Wednesday night his favorite team won the World Series after a century of mishaps, bad breaks and not being very good. Also a life long Cubs fan, Brian joins in to talk about how they processed Game 7, whether their livers will survive another post season run, if the Nintendo Switch has any hope and what we'd like to see in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Luke Cage

Brian, Matt and Bill get together to talk about Luke Cage and how Lovie Smith benched 10,000 yard NFL rusher Thomas Jones after he beat up Luke in prison.  We wrap up with Matt and Brian's thoughts on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and how they didn't ask for this.

Make Videogames Fun Again

Join Matt, Brian and Bill as they talk about Dishonored, Deus Ex, Overwatch, the slew of remastered games and why they prefer certain types of games online. We wrap up with a discussion on The Last of Us - both Bill and Brian recently played the game for the first time and Matt shares his perspective on why it's ok for a game to not be fun.

We put down Pokemon Go long enough to talk about Overwatch, which has Made Matt Game Again. It's turned our stat obsessed brains into a tail spin of K/D ratios, objective times, and useless hook percentages, put us into unreasonable states of disappointment and anger and makes us glad that people really can't notice how bad we are. We cover post-match analytics, butt-gate, and the raging online subculture of Overwatch memes; which we all know is the true metagame.

E3 aka Zelda

The entire crew gets together to discuss the happenings at E3.  What games did we love?  Zelda.  What games disappointed us (hint: begins with F, ends with inal Fantasy 15)?  Is EA still the evil empire it once was?   Zelda. Why does Brian care so much about Ubisoft?  Zelda.  How many times will Hank say the word awesome?  Zelda.  Will Zelda finally get Matt playing games again?

Final Fantasy Disease

Matt, Hank and Bill discuss the Final Fantasy disease that Hajime Tabata (director of FFXV) remarked upon, JRPGs in general, the beauty of video game soundtracks and the awesomeness of Video Games Live. P.S Hank loves the word awesome.

The Witcher 3 and Overwatch

After weeks of pleading and singing the praises of the Witcher 3 from Matt, Bill finally broke down and started playing it.  Hank joins them to discuss it, Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption and open world games in general.  Then Bill asks Hank why he thinks Overwatch is better than Battleborn.  Matt is suspiciously absent from this conversation because he really doesn't play games anymore.  (editor's note: the episode was recorded before Overwatch's release).

#TeamCap - We could do this all day

Join Matt, Brian and Bill as they review Captain America: Civil War (Spoiler alert: we liked it). Is it the best superhero film of all time? Are Matt and T'Challa friends on Facebook? And why is #TeamCap so wrong when it feels so right?
